My husband, hit the nail right on the head when they chose Cafe 267 for my event. They know me and my taste all to well. Each time I plan something, I go above and beyond what is expected. They certainly hit the bull's-eye with choosing your venue. I enjoyed every moment of that night. I keep reliving it in my head. I had to take a moment and just look around at the decor, the style, the atmosphere. The DJ was exceptional and the staff - all were phenomenal. The staff was courteous and always available….. Again, they couldn't have chosen a better place to host my birthday celebration. Keep up the good work and for my next event, I will definitely keep Cafe 267 in mind.

Dear Sharice, Everything went very very well for my sister's surprise engagement party on Sunday night.
As you may have noticed, I am not a trusting person. I don't believe anything until I see it. So in planning this event, I tried not to leave any stone unturned or any question unanswered. Throughout the process you continually reassured me that I would be pleased, but I couldn't bring myself to take your word for it. Well, I was WRONG! You and your staff were amazing. I would recommend you to anyone with full assurance that they would be extremely satisfied. I want to give you some examples of the things that really made me happy about the experience. 1. I loved what I call the 'swoop in effect'. At every moment when there was something that needed to be done that I didn't foresee, someone was there. Not only did they come to the rescue but they were dignified about it and they were so swift about it that no one ever had a moment to think 'someone needs to do... or someone needs to help with...' 2. All of my guests could not stop saying how beautiful the venue was and how great the staff was. People said, "I'm going to have an event here. I don't know what it will be for, but I am definitely going to use this place." 3. I know that I can be a little extra when I'm under pressure and I was certainly under pressure to make this event flawless. However, the staff always responded to me with the utmost respect. I never heard a thing about what I didn't ask for or what I didn't pay for. Now THAT is Customer Service! 4. You recommended DJ Allusion for the event with the utmost confidence that I would be pleased with his service. You were right yet again! I decided to have my own emcee, but when all of the scheduled entertainment was over and all we had left to do was dance, he 'swooped in' and made that entertaining as well. He did a fashion show with our soul train line. He was just an awesome 'hype man'. Another thing I loved about him was that he was so adaptable. I had very strict guidelines for what I considered appropriate and inappropriate music. At any point during the night when I or anyone else felt that inappropriate music was being played, we let him know and within 30 seconds that song had smoothly faded out and another hit started to play. Unlike many DJ's who get very touchy when you approach their booth, he never became annoyed with me or my guests for approaching him to request another song. 5. The decor was amazing. It was elegant and very appropriate for the event. 6. The food was delightful. It was very well displayed and, as promised, it never ran out. Everyone enjoyed it and I have some serious food critics in my family. 7. I could go on and on about the things I loved about my experience at Cafe 267, but I have to get back to work. The calls are still coming in on the beautiful wedding at Cafe 267. Everyone had nothing but praise on the decor, the service, and the food. The Wedding was everything my daughter dreamed it would. I want to thank you for taking care of every detail. The atmosphere was just gorgeous. I can't wait to plan my next affair at Cafe 267.
